Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the RecoverIQ app and this website (the “Service”), provided by RecoverIQ (“RecoverIQ,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Not medical advice

RecoverIQ provides training, nutrition, and recovery guidance for general fitness and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Its recommendations are estimates, not guarantees. Consult a physician before starting any training or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition or symptoms. If you feel unwell, stop and seek care. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for your own health decisions.

Your account

You need an account to use most features. Keep your credentials secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under your account, and the information you provide should be accurate. You must meet the minimum age in your country to use the Service.

Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

• RecoverIQ+ is an auto-renewing subscription. It begins with a 14-day free trial, then renews at the price shown in the app (currently $12.99/month) unless cancelled.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in the App Store under your account's Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; refunds are at Apple's discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights while using the Service;
• reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• resell, redistribute, or share paid access to the Service.

Your data

You own the data you put into RecoverIQ. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and sync it so the Service can work, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data in the app at any time.

Our intellectual property

The Service — including the app, this website, the RecoverIQ name and logo, and the underlying software and design — belongs to RecoverIQ and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. These Terms don't transfer any of our rights to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its recommendations will achieve a particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecoverIQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms over time. When we make material changes we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where RecoverIQ operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to the App Store terms for any purchases.
